No barbecue is complete without it!
Ingredients
- 6 cups green cabbage shredded
- 3 cups red cabbage shredded
- 1 cup carrots shredded
- 1/2 cup green onion chopped
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Combine the cabbages, carrots and green onion in a large bowl. Combine the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper in a separate bowl. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the cabbage mixture and toss thoroughly. Chill 1 hour before serving.
